Software Requirements

IBM i5/OS V5R3 or newer - DataGate 9.1 for System i has been tested and approved to work on IBM's i5/OS V5R3 and higher including V6R1.
DataGate Client - DataGate for System i 9.1 is compatible with DataGate Client versions 5.0, 7.x, 8.x, and 9.x

Installation Notes

New Features

iSeries Data Area Access - DataGate for System i 9.1 supports iSeries Data Area access.

Issues Resolved since the last GA Release (9.1.30.0)

Case 12481. Extracting ASNAINST from DG/400 install .exe fails when a custom destination path is given.
Case 12423. Datagate/400 jobs crash when run via dgstudio.
Case 12311. "Leaked" files are not reclaimed by connection reset RPC used for connection pooling.
