When attempting to install DSS 7.2 install fails with an "Unhandle Exception error Number 0x80040703"
CAUSE
This error is caused when an attempt is made to install DSS 7.2 onto a PC that has Datagate for Windows Servers and Desktops 8X previously installed. This error can occur even if Datagate for Windows Servers and Desktops 8X is removed.
RESOLUTION
The recommended resolution is to install DSS 8.2
