What’s the status of the http://developer.asna.com site?
All of the relevant content from http://developer.asna.com has been replicated into the new http://devnet.asna.com site.
The old site, http://developer.asna.com will ultimately be removed from the Web, but not for at least a couple of months. If you notice anything useful that’s at http://developer.asna.com that you can’t find at http://devnet.asna.com, please contact our Webmaster.
What’s the status of the http://support.asna.com site?
The story is the same for http://support.asna.com. All of its relevant content has been moved to http://devnet.asna.com. We’ll be removing http://support.asna.com from the Web in the next couple of months. If you notice something useful at http://support.asna.com that isn’t available at http://devnet.asna.com, please contact our Webmaster.
Will my old login still work?
No. The new site has been built on a new platform, which requires you to create a new login and password, but you can use the same login ID and password as before if you wish.
Do I still have to have a separate login for the developers forum?
Yes, but you will only have to use the separate forum login for 30 to 60 more days. After that, a totally new and improved forum will be added that will use the same login that you use for DevNet.asna.com!
When the new forum is implemented, what will happen to the old posts on the current forum?
We will continue to make the old forum available in a read-only format (no new posts) as long as the information there is relevant.
Do I have to wait for some approval process before I can access the site, or is it immediate?
Access to the site and most of it's content after creating your login will be immediate!
Can I contribute content to devnet.asna.com?
Yes! If you have any content or ideas for content at http://devnet.asna.com, please contact our Webmaster. If you contribute content we use (all contributions are subject to a tech editing process), we’ll preserve your by-line so that you get credit!
Are you going to publish RSS feeds for the various areas of content at devnet.asna.com?
Yes! RSS feeds for some of the content will be immediately available and we plan on making RSS feeds for many more areas of the site in the future.
